IPad is Excruciatingly Slow

Does anyone else have this problem?

My LLP is on an IPad 2. When I raid someone the game sometimes goes very slow. When I visit an ally it is ALWAYS very VERY slow. I am level 71 with ~400 allies. Most of my allies have decently large bases, and most of my attacks are against players with LE buildings.

I tried re installing, but the problem reoccurs.

Anyone who knows how to fix this can share. Alternatively, any commiseration is appreciated.

The slowdown when visiting allies happens to me too on ipad 3 ...really annoying

Annoying, but if you restart the game, all will be good again.

I was going to make a thread about this. I can't visit allies because the game gets too slow and glitchy. It wasn't always like this.

This is something that gree needs to fix!

I found this until i switched off notifications! for all the nonsense i didn't need...

- go to settings - notifications - and stop what you don't need, also you can hard reset the ipad by turning off then hold both the top on/off button and the menu button on the front until you see the apple come sign come on then go and release when it comes shows again.

It happens on my iphone 4 too. Really very tired n always have to keep restarting the game.

This is something new at least for me on my iPad. I thought it was just server issues?

My iPhone does the same thing even if I reload game. So I said screw it and only attack people and stopes looking at my allies bases

I am sorry to revive this thread, but this problem has recently gotten worse. Now my iPad AND iPhone sometimes move very slow in PVP and LTQ events.

Anyone else seeing game speed painfully slow?
