Getting game transferred by support

4 days ago I had to switch out iPhones and I wasnt able to transfer my game out first. The game loaded with my funzio I'd but not my in game character or code but different ones. I've heard support can reload the game so I emailed them all my original info. Anyone else have this situation before? It's been 5 days and haven't even heard anything back from them. I know the next syndicate battle is starting soon and I don't want to miss it so I'm trying to get an estimate on how long it usually takes?

Been there. All you can do is wait and hope Gree doesn't bend you over. I my case, I got lucky. You've already waited longer than I had to, so you may be getting bent over.
