Forgot to do it, will search again, it looked like a sunken bunker with sand covering also I have seen two drone control towers today....

There are one two unreleased defense buildings, one looks like what your describing.
There is also an unreleased money building.

The Master Resource Sheet shows the non-released defensive building as the Explosives Depot and it actually looks like a more realistic bunker than the one currently in the game. I wish they released the money building as well, it was a really nice looking one. If memory serves me correct it was like the Arecibio Observatory in Puerto Rico. I could not look it up as for some reason I can only see the Biodome, Geothermal Plant and Water Treatent Plant in the money building section.

Agreed, the player was level 92 with minimal defence and it looked like a proper underground bunker, the only one I have ever seen... Looked cool!
