Elite water cruiser

Anyone know at how many battle points the elite water cruiser unlocks? I know it says complete major rank but the other rank dependant units unlocked well before completion. I was hopeful it would be 1mil points but it wasn't.

1.39 million. You just have to fill the bar up all the way

Yes ,you need to complete the bar all of the way,I was also hoping for an early promotion,doh !!!
