Kingdom Age Limited Quests not on Ipad

I downloaded on my Ipad to start a second player, but there is no limited quests.. I deleted app and reinstalled, still nothing? Any ideas?
Since it's a newer game I'm really low level...is there a level restriction on it?

Your level is too low.

Based on earlier posts, it seems mid-30s is where it starts.
