I too bought gold for this event and was at 8/10 complete with a day to go. I spent over $80 on the last case event and couldn't get #10 for anything. This time since the event ended a day early, I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company if GREE doesn't make good.

If GREE doesn't fix this you should all dispute any gold charges with your credit card company.

Some odd things have been happening lately. I think they ended up messing up the scheduling badly. I would prefer they just get the event back on track so that we can keep opening, but if they don't, then people are probably going to complain for quite a while.

The last thing that got messed up in any way like this was the daylight savings issue last year. They ended up giving every player an item for that one. That was just a time mistake, while this is an actual event where everyone wanted the prize.

I'm fed up with this game.
When I started, I tried to get a few of my friends to join and they all told me how bad Gree is and it would only cause me heartache!
Boy were they right!!!!!
Gree do not care about how much gold you spend or how much you complain.
There are a whole bunch of people out there that have more money than sense and spend thousands of dollars each on these events, not to mention the battle that is coming up.
As long as these turds keep spending this kind of money, then they will continue to do this kind of crap to most of us. The high paying morons out there already have the 10 cases due to spending thousands of gold, so why would Gree bother wasting their time on the majority that contribute a minority of their income?
The way they carry on with their business is extremely poor, with no customer service and no actual support!
I have 4 phones and 3 tablets that my wife and I use for business and fun. We spent a lot of money on these accounts to be competitive and enjoy the simple and fun game that Crime City brought us. We have now adopted a no gold philosophy to this game as spending our hard earned money on something that causes frustration does not equal a good buy! Gree is not a good "value for money" company!!!
Stop buying gold, then when they do this kind of stuff, you won't get as frustrated. You will still get frustrated, but knowing that you didn't lose any money will put a smile on your face! Trust me!!!

The events have been off by a day this whole time: the bullet case event and Bernie Greenback were both off, and nobody was complaining about that. It seems like suddenly people see a problem and think they can exploit it because they like the particular piece of loot associated with this one than the others.

However, where I think it is affecting them is the new games. People like me still play the games we are already invested in, but we refuse to consider new ones.
