If you get 400 good crates, and he drop rate is 20% (high I know), you'll have to open 2,000 crates.

That will cost you (15 gold + 15 gold) 30 gold * 2,000 crates = 6,000 gold.

That's four vaults of gold for about a 10,000 point stat increase.

Hmm, buying 6,000 gold worth of LE SETS will raise your stats at least 25,000 points, maybe 40,000 points or more.

Observing is often more interesting than doing in this game.

The modifier is crappy. But a handful of LE sets or a truck full of crates is still no substitute. This unit occupies a single spot in your army. When space is at a shortage, this opportunity could be priceless. It may be well worth the selling price of a fresh human kidney to the few special kind of MW player.

This is what I heard...Ferr is a lawyer from Amsterdam who regularly spend 1000s real money on the game..to think he is not even at the top at this time...hmm the guy at the very top must be buying zillion tons of gold :D

PJ my friend, not only did you miss out on a 0, which is 60,000 gold; you also missed out on the fact that the average person is not able to find 2,000 crates in 5 days. you'd have to spend some gold on either energy refills (not suggested) or stamina refill (definitely the way to go if you have at least 40+ stamina)... however, I know what you mean about it being not as crazy as some people make it out to be...by the way, good luck all tying 1st place for the grand prize! IF that works that truly will be a remarkable achievement. However I have a feeling someone may "j"ust make a push at the last moment...who knows? good luck

Ferr also is a human being, with a "real" life...get carried away with thinking of all of these "legends" of MW, that we forget everyone hear is human (I think?)...I'm sure Ferr just would like to take a break from this event and spend it with his new wife..remember he just got married...
