Current IPH:12500

Notable buildings
2x level 5 t shirt stand
2x ice cream shop (5&6)
2x Italian (3&4)
2x movie theatre (3&3)
2x Dominican (1&1)
2x laundromat (6&6, 100 collections avg per day on each)
I got 1mil on the bank and I'm unsure of what to do after I get my mt's to 4. Should I level Dominicans? Invest in new buildings?

I have 25% bonus income , and by tommorow ill have 30% less upgrade cost.

I have a lot of room for new buildings

I personally swear by Dominicans. I would invest in getting them going. Movie theaters and Dominicans if that's all you have available to you right now. I wouldn't upgrade anything else until you're set with those two buildings. They are beasts.

Movie theaters, no question.

You can spend your million to upgrade them both if you get the 30% discount, and within 24 hours from starting, your income will be up $2066. (Almost 20% in your case).

Someone posted a link a while back to a table of money buildings. I always go by whatever will give me the highest IPH the quickest if I can make all the collections. I also prefer buildings with 12, 24, or 48 hour collection when i can, so I don't leave anything on the table.

Movie theatres and lofts to level 10. Went those are done you'll have all kinds of cash saved and will probably be able to afford nightclubs. Get one, upgrade it to level two while building the second one, and then upgrade the second one to level two.

Easy. :D

It's actually quite hard to upgrade MT past level 4 or 5 early on. You don't have that much money. Getting a million bucks in the first 20-30 levels is quite hard. I currently have a level 37 account and can't upgrade MT's past level 6. Not enough cash.

Upgrade buildings that make you think "aw, this is gonna take forever to finish!" Free tip, they don't actually take forever.

Laundromats to level 10 are a good start. Kind of useless and might eventually be sold, but they serve a purpose. Bonus if you can collect them several times per hour. 12x per hour is pretty unrealistic though, so don't worry about getting 100% collection from those.

People will also rob your LMs for respect points. Easy links to rivals who might earn more than you and possibly don't collect on time. Rob those suckas!

Hi

Movie theatre's and Lofts is a great shout.
I got my MT's to 7 and lofts to 5 very early on.
Then when you have the cash take those lofts all the way to level 10.
Dominicans to about level 5.
If your into 3 hour buildings then take ice cream shops and Italian restaurants to level 10.
Always be upgrading is the key to a good economy.

Good luck

Agreed with everyone here but at later stage upscale clubs (70) are also great depending on how fast you level up .

You didn't mention if you going to buy any gold buildings but if you do anything above church are normally worth it except wedding chapel.

Depending on your circumstances, I would say just aim to get MT's to lvl 8, and Lofts to 6. Then if your stats are high enough for your level, no-bank while saving up for your first NC.

My LLP in Tier 2 is now saving up for lvl3 NC upgrades, and most of my early Type A buildings will probably never go above lvl 6, aside from the ones I knew I can collect in time, which are the 12hr+ buildings.

Just always have something upgrading, and building any cash building with a good base, while saving up for those huge upgrades.

It's harder to have something always upgrading when you get point where you happy with the hood and only worthwhile upgrades are nightclubs. Those upgrades take week or even months to save up.

The point of always upgrading something, is so that no time is wasted while you continue your growth. Any building you are sure to keep in the higher levels will always be worth upgrading, and will most likely always shorten your save up time in the long run.

We do have guides explaining this since 2011...

With my LLP Camper account I'm currently at LVL 4 MTs. You should always save for the highest building and in the meantime upgrade a smaller building (e.g. house or T-Shirt-Stand).

You can chose one smaller building that is upgrading approximately the time that you might need to have the money for the next upgrade of a high output building.

This way my LLP at level 5 has already about 10k IPH.

In order:
MTs to 5
Lofts to 3
MTs to 6
Lofts to 4
MTs to 7
Lofts to 5
Night Club 1 (build)
NC to 2 (upgrade)
Night Club 2 (build)
NC to 2 (upgrade)

Then roll in the cash.

If you need to do some intermediary upgrades do Italian Restaurants and Dominicans. All the other buildings until Gentleman's Clubs, Palm Hotels, and Casinos are decorations after your Night Clubs get off the ground.

The best advice I can give anyone is to be upgrading a building 100% of the time.

What you need to do is to camp on your level for a while and build up your earning. STOP doing jobs - this is what all players on high levels with crap earnings have done.

You only get value from your buildings once they are around level 5+ so buying buildings and leaving them @ level 1 or 2 is fools gold.

You said that you make 100 collections per day from your laundromats - that equals 8hrs + per day on the game. If this is true you should look at buildings that pay out every 1 to 3 hours as a good route going forward until your earnings have taken a spike.

With your cool mil in your pocket I would upgrade both movie theatre's.

REMEMBER TO CAMP FOR A WHILE & STOP DOING JOBS ;)

This is the perfect goal, you can even even extend it to MT8, LOFT6 Before going for NC.

This depends on your collection rate of NCs.....

I know this is commonly said, but only 67% of my IPH comes from those 4 buildings, a lot but the other buildings still matter....if you also include Office Buildings, Rock Cafes and Pirate Taverns, then we're up to 80% for the top 7 buildings. Meaning I still get over $1.3m/hr ($32m/day) from the buildings not in those 7.

I agree with not doing jobs....but it you want to be active, you can still have a good IPH and decent stats as long as you are smart about your economy build and spending RP (as evidence look at my sig)...I have all the top gold buildings, but haven't spent any gold on weapons....

Yep. That's the one. I usually upgrade whatever will give me the highest return for each hour spent upgrading (IPH/H), as long as I can afford it. I weight 18, 6, and 3 hour buildings at 75%, since I miss about a quarter of the collections, and generally avoid 1 hour buildings.

Its hard to recommend doing anything under L100 other than focusing on maximizing NCs because its far and away the best building in the game and requires no gold.
