Hi, I am new to this, sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, but not entirely sure where to put this. As it is related to the guild event i figured this would be an ok place to start.

Did anyone here in the UK have any problems with the dragons roost event which has just ended?
Our guild were floating around top 400 for the duration of the event which wasnt bad considering only about 10 of the 32 members were participating. anyway, the countdown timer made out that the event would end at 21.00. we timed our wars today to have our final war to start at 19.45 (approx 1hr 15 before the scheduled event end) so at 19.45 (the countdown timer at this time stated that there was 1hr 15 mins until the end of the event) we start our final war, at that point we were inside the top 400, by the time i had logged out at 19.55 we had accrued 5000 points in the current war and were 3000 points or so clear of the top 400. at 20.05 i logged back in to check on our progress and our war had ended! it turns out from chatting with other members that the war ended at 20.00 when there was still 1hr of the event remaining and 45 minutes of our final war remaining. It has since transpired that we finished outside the top 400, which i can only attribute to our points from the final battle not counting for some reason. we as a guild were nailing one of the opposition for 300 - 470 points a hit, and would have scored at least 13k - 14k had we finished the war. we had some members who were logging in for the final half - between 20.15 and 20.45, and they never got the chance to take part. has anyone else encountered this problem, as this has cost our guild.
the only thing we could think off is gree have not considered the clocks going forward an hour in uk over the weekend, which is pretty poor really.
look forward to any replies, and again sorry if in wrong place, perhaps a mod can tell me where this should be or can repost in the correct place. Oh and i have sent a complaint to gree regarding this.

We had members in our guild who's clock were off one hour from the rest. Apparently the UK clocks adjusted for daylight saving when others did not (or vice versa). Either way, yes, UK clocks showed you had one hour longer than you actually did.

DumdeDum and -RK- were also in top 25...and of course FUN...and let me tell you....was NOT FUN to face them in battle! (LOL) But I'm happy for all my friends who worked hard and really smoked the battles!! Gosh. Now to go to the tavern, drink some ale and tell war stories...

Congratulations all! It was a long long road this war. Certainly those who were fighting for the middle ranks were doing it blind and for that a special mention. Much easier for the 1 & 2 ranked to know where they were in relation to threats.
