War end time

What time does the war end? Players in the guild show two different times an hour apart.

3 pm est, or 2 hrs from now. The difference is prob due to the time change across the pond

Does anyone for certain what the deal is with "cut-off"?

i.e Cannot declare within last 1 hour....War ends at the end time and any battles in in prgoress finish at their current score....can declare up to a certain time and then battles in progress are allowed to continue....

Anyone know?

Best to declare with 1hr 1min left on the clock

All I know for certain is that you cannot declare within about an hour window from the end time. Don't know the exact time, but it won't let you go over time. Not that it matters, because they usually declare the winner and hand out rewards Very Quickly at the end.

Declare with over an hour left or you can't.....

What I mean by "we" declared war is... a member decided to declare war so it was on! :) I dont think it was needed and probably lost a wall for no reason as we are not in danger of losing position on the leader board. but no biggie.

Samurai Blood declared with 48 mins left but didnt get matched up til 32 mins left. we got the factions. bad for them if they wanted to move up.
for the last 40 mins the learder board didn't change. we had a 300k lead on 25 at that time finished 500k

We used gems as well. So I know you can score tons quickly. I would save maybe minus the top two teams no one team could get 90k points in 5 minutes.
The the real issue is the locked the board with an hour to go and made it a crap shoot. Well, good for them and I hope that policy continues to make them money, because all it will really do is push people away.
Would have been nice if they told people that, oh wait that would make sense and I forgot who I was dealing with.

They didn't do it in 5 min. They had an hour where you could no longer see their score.
