Some of the folks at FUN were discussion losses of Dragons. We wondered how many Dragons gave their lives for the Guild Wars.

I'll start us off
I lost 150 Dragons (not that they make a difference anymore to my stats:D)

I lost 103 Dragons over five days' time. It was the Hydras that peeled off most quickly though... Somewhere around ~300 lost.

Worth it though. Well worth it. :D

Ok, don't get me wrong, I have suffered large casualty losses, frequently losing 4 units per attack....yet I've not lost a single Hydra and only a handful of dragons.

Is this because I only have ~130 dragons and similar Hydra numbers? Most of my losses have come from Berserker's, Low Level Magical units (which always have high casualty rates) and a load of redundant catapults/trebuchets etc.

Don't mistake this for a complaint of any nature of course, I just feel bad for others who seem to be largely losing nothing but Dragon's and Hydra's from what I'm hearing :D

I haven't kept track, but it doesn't seem like many. My only consumable units are dragons and I have more of them now than when this thing started.

When your lowest unit taken to battle is a Dragon, that's all that can die, as the rest are indestructible. When you roll the dice on 1,250 dragons, rather than 150, you're more likely to lose some.

I've lost somewhere between 70 and 100, but that's mostly from attacking at the upper limit of where I should in a few cases, since I'm not a target. Others...not so fortunate. The percentages of loss seem pretty low in general though.

Gree is doing us a favor. Dragons will be obsolete soon. We don't need them hanging around eating all the food

I lost an estimated almost 200. I was able to replace some, but still approx 70 below my max useable.

375 give or take. I had to often fight opponents that were not ideal.

wow !!! you ppl lost a lot i only lost 32 Dragoons ,(note only Dragoons) but was "Very" selective of my opponents and our scouts did an excellent job in getting the intel back to us for the reaming we handed out ! with over 550 battles wins/losses combined , i thought i was average with the losses, but i didnt go GUNHO on everyone, but all in all am pleased with the end result ! FKG said and Delivered on their goals ! , as did most other and congrats to all, Dragoons can be replaced , but the prize will nullify these with the NEW indesructables ! , well done everyone on a mamonth event !

around 100 dragons lost, but I was also doing 'regular' raids/PvP during the events (lots of folks were not collecting...).

I built my BD10 right after the first day of the event, figured this would be my best shot while people were distracted and exhausted. Thankfully I only lost 3 of what i did manage to get. Thank goodness the Dragon Rider survived. May they rest in peace.
