If I don't want the dead wood get any prize, can I boot him right after the war ended?

Give the boot whenever you want after the War is done, but he/she will still get the guild prizes.

I hope booted players are made public. This way, no Guild will pick them up...
...they can start their own "Dead Wood Guild" and stare at each other.

So they don't get a free ride to prizes?
So they don't screw the team via clicking 'Declare'?
So they don't waste a spot on the team getting beaten up and not conducting attacks themselves?
So they don't become a traitorous jerk?
Still trying to think of more...

i think its good that you cant boot someone during the war ... you had plenty of time before the war to choose your fighters ... if they failed, well ...they get the rewards... and they get booted after the war . but word will spread quickly and no one will want them so i dont think its a good idea for them to pretend being something they`re not ... but when u have a few players that dont participate that hurts the guild a lot ... but we all need to learn from our mistakes and dont do them twice :)

How about so they stop whining about getting picked on because they have low allies. Hence they are a target for everyone you battle. Even though you told them to fix the problem before the war started and they still didn't listen. Now they are getting pounded, which is kind of funny. Wait, maybe it takes care of itself in the end.

They can't stare at each other, as no one would be on to do it....

if we make the public wont the thread just get locked? we have 41 players maybe 10-15 were active but not gems players. not great but hell atleat some ones taking down the wall right. then there are about 6 players that seems like the only stats they got were from the other guild fighting them. thouse people need to be on a list. I dont want ur cast offs and I'm sure you dont want mine.

If we make it public, there's no reason to see it getting locked. :) I'll gladly start the thread!

What a great idea, a list of all the deadbeats! Only problem I see is all the "nice" posts I'm already getting from the ones I booted for not playing, becoming more nasty and frequent! Just what I want and need. LOL

A forum blacklist! I like it. I shall start one.

It's impossible for a loser like that to not get a guild specially if he belongs to one of the top 100 teams. A top 1250 would gladly pick him up. :D

Hehe I agree. We had a person that offered to leave guild during the war to come back after cause they had some real life stuff to do during this last war. That's honorable. If I knew that i couldn't participate in a particular war i would offer to leave during war and come back after. Unless the guild wanted me to stay if they thought my stats would help the cause in my absence.

No need to even do this. Just go to their comments page and read all the rants from their guild buddies. Losers are even too lazy or stupid to delete those posts :-)
