I was scrolling through the inventory list of some inactives and realized that some of my members did not receive our China reward units. These members did not (maybe attacked a few times, this is uncertain) participate in the war so I don't really care if they get the units. All my active members seemed to have received their rewards, so I'm curious if any other factions have noticed this with their inactive members.
