Gold hits on boss

Probably sounding like a noob here, but how much damage do gold hits on bosses do?

Cash hit is roughly your Modified Attack (but also includes skill points and a random factor for the boss...not each hit)

^^ Exactly what I came here to post. Always buy health backs instead!!!! Hit 3x wait 1 minute then hit 2x more.

While i agree with you 100% it really depends on what level you are, what level boss your on and what your IPH is. I would imagine with the cost of cash required per hit on bosses 30+ when you are 101+ or 151+ get too expensive for players that don't have a 1 million+ IPH.

Next take into consideration the amount of Hits required to Defeat and how much time is remaining (since you need time to get your 5th hit in)

I cope completly.... according my experience, health pack come helpful when u are sure a definied number of gold hits are not not enough to knock down the boss.

How can it be expensive? Even with 200k IPH it is simply doable. All U have to think is for what to spend the money that is above vault limit :D

Each Level Tier it gets more Expensive.
Also each Boss Gets more expensive by the Level Tier.

Are you level 151+ trying to beat boss 35? I can almost garuntee you would run out of Cash with 200k IPH trying to defeat the boss.

I don't remember the cost but lets say it's 500k per cash hits.
Now those that have around 400k Attack can beat boss number 35 in about 50 Hits.
So thats 25 Million dollars to spend in a 2 hour period.
Only have 200k attack? Well that ends up costing you about 50 million in cash hits (and a ton of gold...not worth it but just to show you how expensive it is)

The same is true for those that venture into Boss 50+ in the 101-150 range. They will tackle a new boss every 2 hours making 20+ cash hits. They aren't spending gold in that case but their IPH is over a million and they still feel the pain of Cashflow.

Completely off topic from the name of the thread, well sort of anyway...

I'm lv 49 currently, if I then level up during the boss event do I go into higher tiered bosses, or because I started the boss event at lv 49 will I continue to face lower tier bosses, until the next time around??

If you start the event at 49 or 50 you will be fine even if you level up to 51. (However it seems that will reset your rare % drop rate)

IE you only have a 5% chance of Rare on boss 1-10
10% on 11-15
15% on 16-20
20% on 21-30
25% on 31-35 (*Note these are not the actual percentages for the drop rate but rather used for an example)

Therefore if you cross into 51 on Boss 21 your Boss will not get anymore difficult for you however your Drop rate on Rares will drop back to "10%" Then the drop rate is like you are on Boss 1 when you are really on 21.

*Note you still only have to beat 35 bosses to get the final prize. It doesn't mess with the number already defeated.
