World Domination not working properly

I had problems with MW WD near the end of china invasion, it wasnt letting get onto the Mae and when I finally did get onto the game it wasnt letting me upgrade buildings and I couldn't see the china WD leaders, battlelist or rewards list. Now that the the new WD event has started I still can't see the rewards list section.
Please fix this.
