No bonuses to any of the units as rewards, and rewards structure reverts back to Brazil?

That is generally the defult and just gives the a/d values of the units. They will get updated later

Should be soon. They seem to have the battle transitions and reward distribution system working fairly well now. Hopefully tonight we'll have something. :D

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this was already programmed well in advance of the start of China. The top 50 for China was added later, and I'm going to assume the top 50 for this, as well as the boosts, will be added in the dataset that rolls out the new LE building, at the earliest.
