No luck none of our faction can declare even though half of us are in Europe and so had just under two hours remaining on the timer as shown.

People showing 2hrs to go, its actually under 1 hour now. If your faction battle finishes inside the final 60mins you cant start another. The only issue is the bug on the clocks in the UK. Stop panicking, it's the same for everyone.

The timer is off then, mine says its done at 3 pm est or about a 1/2 hr from now

When a timer says 1 hour 42 minutes to the end of the campaign, then I would assume a war can be started. With a uk based faction, I can't know what the timers say in anywheres else in the world. Our strategy was based around having one more war to stay in the top 1000 and that's now been torn to shreds. Not good enough Gree - again.
