I've located a Cheater. Nothing new. But I believe this one is in a top 100 syndicate and wanted to give this guy some extra attention. #92 from last event, the MidWickedWestMafia (MWWM) is the same affiliation acronym used by this guy and he communicates in his comments section with other MWWM members. Either way, Reported.

The only time it seems to be possible to build two buildings at once legitimately is when you're already building something and you get a quest to build another building. You click "buy" on the quest and drop the building, and they build simultaneously.
