missing skill points

Just levelled up to 203 and no skill points to spend, anyone else?

Did you level up during Midtown and collect skill points then, only to be reset back to lvl 200?

the was a glitch where people leveled up when they shouldn't have and when that happened skill points was given out , if that happended to you and you spent the skill points then you won't get it this time.

Fair enough, so I should earn skill points next time then on that basis as I reached 203 during the glitch.
