Did Upgrade Buildings Cost just Go way up??

Upgrading Buildings cost just almost doubled for me. Anyone else notice this? I have a Lumber Mill lvl10, Guild cost reduction 22%, and I am seeing upgraded costs higher than if I had no boosts.... What gives?

That'd be my first thought to check to see if upgrade costs did indeed go up...

I just upgraded my Brothel to lvl 10, it is still 2.2mil

I reinstalled the game, and it fixed the problem.
