I'm looking for a new faction. Trying for a top 250 team

I'm in the hunt for a new faction, and I have one guy that is coming with me. So there will be 2 guys total. Both players are very active. And gold users.

I'm a lvl 122 with a A/D 40k/44k with an iph 398k
Buddy lvl 67 with A/D 28k/36k with an iph 256k

So far in this battle(only been 24hrs) I have 45k+ WD points and still climbimg
Buddy has 42k+ and climbing

What we are looking for is a very active faction, with communication. I think communication is a key to everything on this game as a team. I want to join a team that has 100% particpation or as close to 100% I can get.
