View Full Version : How do they determine how many CP you get?

Ok so I know that when you battle someone you get more conquest points (CP) than hitting a wall or the castle. And supposedly if they are a higher level than you and you beat them you should get more CP. But sometimes I attack the same person and sometimes I get low 200s CP and sometimes low 300 CPs. Why such variation? Also, does their attack/defense score have something to do with how many CP you get? That is if I attack one person level 100 with A/D of 100k/100k and then I attack another person level 100 with A/D of 150k/150k...will I get more CP for attacking the person with higher stats? Or is it enough that they are both higher level than me and if it makes no difference in CP then I should attack person with lower stats to minimize my casualties?

The scale of CP's awarded is very odd indeed, I've had as large as 210-400 off the same individual within seconds of each attack...I dare anyone to find any form of logic that could explain this

Likewise, there is a certain randomness to the attack success, losing against vastly inferior players, or winning 12 times against vastly inferior and then losing 3 on the bounce, how does this compute?

All in all, this thread is futile I'm sure, can't imagine GREE becoming forthcoming with information at this stage when they never have previously.

.
One Hit is a Leg (300), another a hand (210), and the next the Head (400). How's that for for some made up logic?

yeah, I lost to a guy who defense was 1/2 of my attack. Even with unseen bonuses, etc, I couldnt fathom that loss.

Nobody knows. We just know you get more points for attacking stronger players. That's it. Sorry, server side game and all.

CP are based on CREE logic not ours

Yes but my question is how do they determine what constitutes a stronger player? Their level or their A/D score? That is should I be targeting players with higher level or higher A/D score to get more points?

It is based off their level. So weak high level people get thrashed on.

obviously level :) attacking players with higher stats dont seem a good strategy does it ? :D

Another odd thing is that I had 256 gold vaulted when I left the game. I was attacked and lost 1441 gold. Of course, when I logged back in I was at 0. Another time I attacked someone with 60,000 less defense than I had attack and not only did I lose, I lost 990 gold despite it all be vaulted at the time. I realize investing in Army Defense can help close the gap between your attack and an opponent's defense, but I am also wielding 142 Army attack.

Ok that makes sense. I was just thinking that they were somehow rewarding people who invested skill points in army attack since with a high army attack you could beat a player with higher A/D stats than you. If its just based on level then you would want to target the highest level player with the lowest stats which is what I've been doing. I guess I just got a little confused because of the wide variation in points due to their wide range on the random multiplier.

that is true seryna your attack and defense skill points make a difference 2 . but i wouldnt jump to attack someone 100k higher stats than me just because i put those skill points in attack . try to find someone lower than u all the time , just to be sure :)
