Is "Connection Issues" related to the "Your Faction Ranking" list

Seems the players in our faction that cant get on also dont appear in the list "YOUR FACTION RANKINGS" on the World Domination Screen.

I dont know if this is relevant or not but if other people can check this out, it maybe help the devs?
