The worse thing about this issue is when the game developer goes all silent with no updates as thousands of players are locked out the game (which is still going on without us).

Seriously, at the very least give hourly updates to the forums about progress in troubleshooting and fixing the bug (if you want your customers to remain your customers). Thank you!!

I am a daily player for over a year and a gold buyer! Modern War is an awesome game! I was playing the game when the first battle for China was declared. I attacked the wall 4 times, then closed the game. A few minutes later, I tried to connect to the server. I received a message that I couldn't connect to server. I have tried over a dozen times!

I have spent a whole lot of time preparing for the battle of china and donating to my Faction, which ranked 140 in the last battle.

My faction has our own external forum. I can keep up with my faction there. Sounds like half of the faction is playing along normally. The other half can't connect. As usual it's the top point producers that are locked out.

with this issue taking so long, how can we even catch up? I am leader and DL, I am the strongest and I cannot help
the team, those who can get on and they keep emailing me with updates. we are so behind now it is not worth continuing

Over two hours since any update on this. I take that to mean there is no updated information yet. Those still in game noticed the timer stopped. We are deeply concerned you will not be able to fix this without a full on update....if at all. I hope that's not the case; and I hope you can fix it soon. Our faction and others are being harmed irreparably by this faltering on the Friday before an Easter holiday in which many of our players won't be participating much at all. Please at least keep some information coming. We are all on the edge of our seats here. Thanks in advance.

Glad you found androids battle list problem but how about the connection issues? Can we at least get some sort of update regarding this? We deserve the same communication that you expect from us. Hey all, we're aware of the connection issues and the engineers are working on that right now. We WILL have a fix out as soon as possible.

We're also investigating the reported matching issues, and the blank WD battle lists Android-side, and will have fixes for those asap as well.

Already at the last battle it was like several hours without being able to play today is the same, already 5 hours without being able to access the game, you must reset the counters to zero and resume after

FFP is having HUGE connection issue! Apparently each and every one of his FIVE fingers is smarter than he is.
They are simply refusing to push that engage the enemy button:)

I feel your pain. I just finished attacking and raiding a ridiculous amount of rivals for the China Superiority Event. So I'm on a lot of news feeds. Looks like everyone on that list is taking this opportunity while I'm locked out to decimate my base. According to the push notifications I'm losing millions and can do nothing about it. I can't get online to collect my buildings, return fire, or as the leader of my faction run the battle. I wonder how many of those low casualty units I got from the Superiority Event I am losing as casualties as I'm attacked. How much gold was wasted on stamina refills just to lose the spoils because I can't get into the game.
