you have to wait for the splashscreen. support would say your acct doesnt qualify if you end up doing it and not get the unit. happened to me in ka for the knights and dragons unit.

Sadly, I am not reclining with my luxurious Vegas God, drink in hand. Five levels (after splash screen), connected thru facebook just in case, and no sign of him anywhere. Ticket sent.

The converse is true for me. I get these offers for my higher level account but my low level account misses out.

Have you downloaded and deleted any other gree games? I didn't get an offer before, so I reinstalled another game and loaded it to see, and the offer was on that game.

They said it was some crap about how certain peoples accounts qualified for it and others didn't based on some stupid variables I'm sure
