Proactivity is key in these tumultuous times. I believe the Announcement sub-forum is seriously underrated, especially when so many pertinent announcements could be made there.

The winner's lists from each WD event could go there. That's an announcement.

Upcoming updates could be listed there, as brief or more briefly than what is included under "bug fixes".

Maybe we could even get a head's up on issues, and updates on issues in current crisis.

I believe, unless this is what gree is constantly looking for, that using Announcements might clear up 5 page long threads that need to be closed and prevent a stirring among players. Again, unless you've gotta keep them wanting more. . . . . .

I agree. gree should be on top of posting info about any issues and maybe even an eta. if that eta comes and goes to come back with addl info and new eta if possible. it would help stop a lot of tension that happens because right now it can be a long time after people have an issue before any response is made. good cust service means you are on top of keeping your customers informed.perhaps make a thread just for posting issue updates.

CJ54 posts in threads but unless you are following every post it gets lost till someone quotes him but even then it's hit and miss.

A CJ54 only thread with updates would help as this non event has been missing for hours with no updates.

I honestly think with a little effort there would be a flow far superior than what occurs now.

Yes... It would be nice if they could communicate something which is better than nothing. I would rather be told bad news than no news at all.

I believe this is what causes the anxiety that it does. Or does it build anticipation?

Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
