Hello,

Who can help me with my question?

I want to get my BD to lv. 10, but for that I need to save a lot of gold, my thought is buying manors and when the time is there sell them again to have the extra gold available.

Therefore, what is the selling price for a manor?

Thanks in advance!

Johan

Half the purchase price, or if upgraded, half the cost of the most recent upgrade.

Ok, thanks for the answer!
Seem it doesn't really help to buy the manor and sell it to upgrade the BD to lv.9 & 10!

Maybe I just buy it for the income. and start saving afterwards.

Thanks again!

Some people will upgrade them to 3 or 4, then sell them. This will however set you back the time and the difference in coin. but you get more for them...

You get half of what you last paid for it (initial construction cost or last upgrade cost).

See the charts here for the full list of building and upgrade costs: http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?39662-Building-Lookup-Tables-by-Level

Might set you back some time and coin, but if you're having trouble keeping the cash needed over vault. Which one will really take more time and coin? You have to consider it

Agreed, it worked for me!

I thought you got half the price of the regular cost of the building but it turns out you get less than this. I'm not sure if it is half the discounted price of the building after your lumber mill discount or after your guild bonus discount but its definitely less than the regular cost. Just something to consider. I ended up selling an extra building that I hadn't planned on just to make sure I had enough money.

Did this last night. Raided for 2 hrs, sold 2 level 3 manors, level 7 temple and had to add beast kennel 9 because I was short. THE RULES HAVE CHANGED. You only get half of guild discounted price. I only got 0.7737 of real price with a level 5 guild discount and lumber mill10. They still give you the lumber mill for free. Thought I could pay 480 K for a manor3 and get 350K back when I sold, I was wrong, got 270.8 K.

Only one way to find out who is telling the truth. Sell your Manor and see the results for yourself.

Yeah it was too good to be true, that's almost a good deal. Can't be having that.
