Background Music

I have the music turned off in settings, however, several times per week the music comes on anyway which is beyond annoying. The only way I can turn the music off again during these random occurrences is to go back into settings and toggles the music on and off again. Any permanent solution to this problem. Incidentally, this only happens on my iPhone 5 and not my iPad.

I just have all sounds off, top-left icon in the main menu. Way better :)

Happens to me randomly as well (usually when I'm at work trying to check on my base). I just go back in , turn the sounds on, then off again.
As a side note, when I go in to add allies my game bogs down (everything moves at 1/10th the speed). I have to log out, then back in to fix it. Gree told me to uninstall & reinstall so that may be a fix for both.
