On other hand, the energy recharge is just 20 gems which is not a big thing for heavy gems spender. So, it is possible to complete the LTQ if you keep on recharging energy with mountains of gems.

Yup, both of those are definitely possibilities... except that you shouldn't be accusing anyone for either of those things. If he's a gem spender so what? If he's cheating report him to GREE, don't attack him on the forums. You should have PROOF of something before you go around accusing people.

This is the biggest advantage that you have, IMO. I have 950 stamina and 100 HS and I got through the first 9 on one stamina bar. You have 2k stamina and do 3x the damage, so you're probably going to get through the normal mode with maybe 6-8 stamina refills. 100-200 gems makes someone a cheater??? HA!

Seriously before you go making assumptions or accusations you had better have some proof. FOR REAL!!!! just assuming that a player must be a hacker because he/she is finished in like 5 minutes can ruin a reputation and if it does not turn out to be true....... You will look incredibly stupid. Im not looking to start a war and Winstrol certainly doesnt need me to fight a battle. Is there a quest in here where you have to kill 8 Frostfathers? Last night I finished Step 5, and Step 6 said I needed to kill 8 Frostfathers. They took two hits to kill at 175 energy per hit and rewarded me 10,000+ gold. I thought that was quite the step up in difficulty from the previous bad guys but went about killing 3.5 of them. I then left the game to watch some Smallville. When I came back the quest had changed and was far easier. I'm just curious if I somehow got a head start on a future step.

To be more clear to you King Henry, Winstrol was referring to the fact that heavy gem spenders, after spending a certain amount on buying gems, become part of a bonus program where they get extra free gems just for being heavy spenders.

Winstrol doesn't spend that much to be in that program and this is the reason why that screen shot showed only 30 gems on hand, it's because Winstrol spent a certain amount on the LTQ and then was left over with only 30 because he isn't a heavy gem buyer that has thousands of gems on hand at all times.

Is there a quest in here where you have to kill 8 Frostfathers? Last night I finished Step 5, and Step 6 said I needed to kill 8 Frostfathers. They took two hits to kill at 175 energy per hit and rewarded me 10,000+ gold. I thought that was quite the step up in difficulty from the previous bad guys but went about killing 3.5 of them. I then left the game to watch some Smallville. When I came back the quest had changed and was far easier. I'm just curious if I somehow got a head start on a future step.


Are you sure you weren't accidentally completing the steps to one of the two normal quest lines in the game (Malik and Typhon)? I've done this before on accident myself during one the LTQ's in the past, I felt pretty stupid afterwards.

It was the only LTQ available. It's also not the first time I've had a quest step change by leaving the game.

Also, can we please stop with all the new people making hacking accusations in this game? Hacking is a serious issue and accusation to make and the mods don't want anyone talking about them in the forums in the first place due to the fact that the majority of it is wrongful slander. If you have real proof of someone hacking, report it to GREE and they'll take care of it. Posting on the forum will not take care of it at all, if it's true it will only raise awareness to players but won't take care of the problem, if it's false then you just made a serious wrongful accusation on an innocent player and created a stupid rumor that spreads just like dumb high school rumors.

We have known Winstrol to be a legitimate player for a while now who spends a fair amount of gems to complete these LTQ's/LTE's and has been kind enough to document the prizes and share them with us each time when many wouldn't bother to do so. If you are pondering how Winstrol is capable of completing the event so quickly then ask and I'm sure he will tell you as has been done in the past. People have asked in the past and received the answer of having spent 1500 or 1200 gems to complete it.

In short, if someone's success in this game surprises you and makes you wonder, ask before making the accusations of being a hacker and starting a damn witch hunt...

Is there a quest in here where you have to kill 8 Frostfathers? Last night I finished Step 5, and Step 6 said I needed to kill 8 Frostfathers. They took two hits to kill at 175 energy per hit and rewarded me 10,000+ gold. I thought that was quite the step up in difficulty from the previous bad guys but went about killing 3.5 of them. I then left the game to watch some Smallville. When I came back the quest had changed and was far easier. I'm just curious if I somehow got a head start on a future step.

This quest was one of the late 30 # quests in the last LTQ, ( patrickus ) I remember it. Ironically, captured in your SS is the mob you were supposed to kill.

Hopefully that's why the LTQ is called Bound by Honor. We can only hope...Gree's creditably isn't exactly perfect, but we shall see. Btw way many thanks to the FUN members who do make it fun!

I have relatively close to what you have. I have the bow with HS of 194 I think (hitting between 200 and 268) and it took between 500 - 600 gems to go from 20% in to 40 to finish 26 and get my unit.

But, 38 and 40 of regular will take the bulk of those gems. Both of those have a good amount of attacks to get though. 38 was 161 per hit and 40 was something like 215 i think (probably wrong but close).

What is with all the really sucky weapons as the "rewards" for this quest? Using like 1,000 energy for something worth like 20/9 is downright insulting. I'm looking ahead to the Heroic mode and even those weapons are worse than what I would expect for early to middle stages of a regular quest.

Gree, if you're going to make half the rewards for a quest super-sucky weapons, at least make those steps take less energy than the steps that have rewards that are actually rewarding.

The best bang for your buck is going to be hitting him when you have the 431 energy to hit. so when replenishing health hit him as soon as you have the energy to. This way you only burn 431 energy and he doesnt hit you back for any energy since you have no more to deplete. if done correctly you could probably get an extra hit on him after 6 hits. but that means waiting 2 hours 40 minutes in between hits to gain the energy back. so if you hit. wait 2:40 and then hit again and repeat it will save you energy! If you make it a 16 hour day this could work if you do it perfectly. I to have yet to complete this one. I donat want to waste more gems until absolutely necessary.

Thanks but I am not wasting anything on him I did 4 k energy and there is just a dent in him I hit for 240 a hit he probably got like a 100000 health so I just left him and doing my lev 5 maps so I can get the units

I will do the next quest and get more for my energy he would cost like 600 diamonds to get and can't afford anything like that it would be a nice unit to have but a bit to much to pay for him and to much time to wait for energy

Only the heroic version has an extra level. They always did.

There is no extra level. 40 is the final level on Heroic.

I just got my shadow knight and am upgrading two buildings at once! I bought my first mountain of gems and am no longer a free player...I have finally crossed to the dark side, lol. I started at level 31/40 on normal mode and spent about 1000 gems. I also got the first time spender discount sale of 20% so all in all I think it was totally worth it.

Yeah that's what I realized as at the end it was taking so much energy for just one hit. So I decided to stop after level 26 heroic. I figure there will always be other high stat units that they will give out and I can't go chasing after every single LTQ...that's just too much money. But I figure the 2 upgrades at once is something I will use for a long time.

I'm not wasting any more gems according to the charts people made there are back to back crappy weapons on level 29 and 30 that will cost $50 worth of gems to get past. Crazy
