Anyone figure out what the "+1 energy regeneration" perk from the Pharoh Sub does?

Every minute when you "tick" 3 points of energy - you will now get 4 units of energy - so basically a 33% increase in how fast you can PvE

Energy is Top Blue bar - used for PvE only.

For the Boss (and Battles in China) - you would have wanted the Health Regen Bonus from Greenland on the P-P-P-P-P-Pounder Tank awarded to Top 10 :D

I have seen no difference whatsoever in recovery time or number of hits through 20 bosses. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I think you are confused with "Health regeneration".

Energy regeneration has nothing to do with health recovery in boss events or WD events. It increase the generation rate of Energy for PVE.
