There will be a fair amount of shakeup after the event ends today. We've seen it in MW, we'll see it here. Everyone will be looking to ditch dead weight and upgrade. The top syndicate will look to consolidate the big gold spenders to make it cheaper, and the second syndicate will look to boost the big spenders to make a run at first next round.

If you were outside the position you think you belong there's a couple things to do:
1. Take a screen shot of your event total points. This will something all the top groups will ask for. Just do it. Guesses won't cut it for many top groups. Edit: You cannot do this after the war is over. Do it now and just before the event ends.
2. Do your research. Different syndicates have different dynamics. Make sure you talk to the leaders and trust in their vision.
3. Take your time. There's at least 2 weeks between now and the next event. You have time to shop around. You'll piss more people off by joining and leaving than declining an offer.
4. Understand expectations. A group shooting for top 10 will expect you to do your part to get there.

What other tips do people have? Could be from MW but lessons learned from this battle would help, as well.

Good post mxz. Also, watch out for hackers and cheaters because they could bring down a syndicate if caught.

I think this should apply to leaders too. I know I'm a top 100 team looking to merge with another to be top 25.

I may hope it ,you al get banned.al hackers out of CC
Its your own responsibility if you join a syndicate with a hacker .

There is no room for hackers in CC

Also daily donations of wall breakers will maximize your chances of being recruited

I understand that, but as a measley member and not an officer, I have no control over who joins. And even if I was an officer, they still do not have the authority to kick members out. It is damn hard to see if someone is cheating unless they all their buildings are upgraded to level 10 and they have 500 every weapon. My tip on that would be to make sure you talk to your leader about their cheating policy. Some leaders will look the other way and that's risky for you. Once you're in the syndicate you can look through the members' inventories and make sure there's nothing suspicious. For legit top 100 syndicates, most leaders or recruitment officers will do that prior to accepting new members.

If you suspect a cheat in your syndicate - ask them about it. If that doesn't satisfy you, ask the leader to take a look. If you're still unsatisfied - ask around the forum if it looks suspicious. Take screenshots of the profile page (blur out their name and level) and suspicious items. There are a good number of people here who have a good idea of how long and how many fights it takes to save up enough respect points for 500 exeleros and all the new RP explosives. Same thing with cash - a $500K IPH doesn't buy you 500 tanks.
