Idea for a new permanent money building

I would like everyone's opinion on this. I know a lot of us would like to see some new money buildings other than the ones we already have. I have an idea for a new top money building to be the next one above the nanotech factory. The one I would like to see is the cold fusion reactor that is on the Bom Bahia mission on the Arabian Sea map. This is the coolest looking building I have seen in the game. Bar none. Since it would be above the nano, I am proposing that it have a build cost of $30mil with and output of $100k every 6 hours. What do you all think about this?

50k every 3 hours would work for me to.. just trying to get feedback and hope that Gree and the developers will do something with the idea.. After all, we are the ones that spend the money in the game so they should cater to us a little more.

I have a few ideas for Gree as well
1: Missle storage center/Cost-300,000/12,000 every 8 hours.
2: Hydro Facility(water)/Cost-580,000/45,000 every day.
3: Retaliaton Center/Cost 760,000/10,000 every 5 hours.
4: Explosives Production/ Cost 1,750,000/ 80,000 every 20 hours
5: Hydrogen Bomb Factory/Cost-50,000,000/1,000,000 every day

I like the idea, but how about another building on the other end of the spectrum, specifically for new players...how about a building with a tiny footprint that gives maybe $50 every 1 minute

Level 10 maybe it only gives $500, but it would probably be good for users just starting the game

New permanent cash buildings would be great, as well as some more affordable limited edition buildings. The Jinai facility is a nice addition to our base's.

A new limited 30-40m would be awesome, and of course permanent buildings as well ^.^
