Need Help

I sent a ticket last night after buying a few vaults and only being credited for half of them from Gree. I've got the receipts from itunes and sent GREE a screen shot. The game was glitching when I bought.

I sent a note to CJ54 with the ticket no 453404. Is there anything else I can do to expedite this so I can spend it before syndicate ends? Any help would be appreciated.

Not really, unfortunately.

I take it you've closed & opened the game a few times to check that it hasn't come through (this issue has occurred a few times).
Early on in the battle they were responding to gold issues quite rapidly. I just hope for your sake they are maintaining this.

Also, CJ isn't back yet, and his inbox gets pounded, so that PM probably won't help the process too much.

I've had this happen to me a couple of times.

Last time it took more than 10 days to get a response. From memory I had to forward each individual email receipt from iTunes to support. They then credited me with the missing gold. I think it took about 2 weeks in total to resolve.

It also happened to me during this 40% sale - Bought a vault, but it didnt get credited.

I have an outstanding ticket now. (447622 if anyone from support is reading :cool:)

It will get sorted Honey Badger... but dont hold your breath while you wait.

Had the same thing happen on Friday. Support even emailed back almost right away and confirmed what my iTunes receipts already said - but that they didn't feel it necessary to credit me with the purchase. :rolleyes:
