I know of someone who lost his account transferring his MW from one apple device to another, phone to iPad. Any suggestions how to retrieve it back?

My advice is to make the subject line specific (i.e lost account on transfering across devices)
In the email include all the information you can about both the account and devices. to much information is never enough. I recently went through this and it took 3 weeks but i did get my account back.
