Germany: new building = the bank, cost = 150mil, payout = 6mil per quarter (if your Greek) and 3mil for everyone else.
Greece: new building = acropolis, cost = Free, payout = minus 3 mil a day every 24 hours.
Italy: new building = Doge's Palace, cost = 500 gold, payout = no payout but damm! it looks great in your base.
Amsterdam: new building - red light district, cost=50mil, payout = a good time twice daily
France: new building = Notre Dame du Haut in Ronchamp, cost = 100 mil, payout = spiritual wellbeing (and 5mil every 36 hours)

iraqs good, grand faction prize: Blackwater immunity, which would allow players to steal others players money from their vault, raid & take more money from buildings that have already been raided and not yet repaired, allow players to keep attacking others even if the player being attacked is "to weak to battle" and generally cause mayhem and break all the rules.
