For those of you who don't/can't use Khimsoo's awesome Toolkit For Modern War (https://itunes.apple.com/sg/app/toolkit-for-modern-war/id530960958?mt=8&ls=1), or just want a hard copy...here's a file for you. It's in csv (1) because that's the easiest way to export it (2) everyone can open it in Excel/Open Office - so you won't be able to just view it in a web page.

Some things to note:

Stealth Frigate casualty rate is not up...it's stayed the same. The only difference is you can't buy it.
The Railgun Destroyer casualty rate deviates much higher than expected. Advise against buying it unless Gree fixes it. The rate is listed as .00134, but based on other sea units' stat/cost/consume percentages we actually expect this to be closer to .00030, meaning it dies 4.5 times quicker than comparable sea units.
Combat Specialist (inf, valor) also sticks out - .00384 listed, but I'd expect it to be .00284 or lower.
SCUD is similar, but not as bad as the Railgun Destroyer/Combat Specialist. Casualty rate is listed at .0067 but it should be right around .003 (half current rate).
The Super Hornet has the best RP value in terms of base stats times casualty rate per valor cost (most bang for your buck).
The Eternity Fighter (air), although expensive and taking forever to get to, is a phenomenal unit. It is far and way the best purchasable (non-gold) unit in the game.
The Nuclear Option (ground) is second best by a large margin. Third, also by a fairly wide margin, is the Siege Defense Carrier (sea).

What does the field "Diminish %" mean?

What does the field "Diminish %" mean?I think it has to do with units dying during PVE but really can't confirm.
