Take a screen shot of his hood, send him a message like "Nice casino", then send support a ticket with the screen shot attached. Mention that you left a comment that said "Nice casino" and they'll get rid of him.

A player in my syndicate downloaded an app that speeds up time. He went from 30k iph to 280k iph in a couple days. The syndicate leaders have knowledge and are encouraging him to do more. Currently they are trying to get him above 300 mafia so he can start building night clubs. When I found out what they were doing, I quit and sent a ticket a few days ago. What, aren't you going to accuse him of being a hacker, too? Shouldn't you explain how cheating the game is just "cutting corners" and then go on and try to stifle him? Or is it only when someone in a syndicate who has wiped the floor with you posts that you employ that tactic? I think we know the answer to that one. Prove me wrong.
