They are going a little crazy here with all these LTQs. To complete this one you need to complete Flynn McFoley and also Legacy of Patrickus to get the Greater Slaugh.

Not true you complete the Legacy of patrickus to get the Greater slaugh 1751 AT and 1168 DF And there is a part 2 to the legacy of patrickus but it seems like you only need to complete the first 46 for the Luck O the irish quest.

Still not sure what you get for the luck o quest thou. It just says something about a dragon but my luck flynn mcfoley has only dropped 2 different units. out of the 18 times i've killed him i've only gotten 2/9. I've ran out of gold and im definitly not buy gems to take a gamble of him giving me one of his other weak minions. This boss quest is an epic fail. His minions suck and his stats are not even all that good. I guess thats probably why they started the legacy of patrickus and the luck O' the Irish is because they know that green midgets minions make this quest suck. lol

Sorry my mistake. If you complete both LTQs you get the lucky dragon which has attack/defense stats better than the Valentine Warrior!

Yes, but getting the 9 Boss Event units is just based on luck.
