2 months and no reply for my ticket

I sent my ticket on the 18 of janurary

I got a reply about 1 month later saying we were busy and its being passed on to the tech team then it was put as a closed case on the same reply been another month now still nothing I pay a lot and expect some sort of customer service which I'm not getting!!
