Help !!! Missing time an 250 and gold

My faction finished inside 250 ! No reward

We finished outside 250 when some poeple said event was over. We finished inside 250 and are inside 250 now currently but no top 250 prize. We got everything but the 250 prize.

Same here, one of our droid users said we were at 168 at the end but no prize. But then we didn't know what the "end" was as half of our players got locked out the last battle due to the DST glitch. What a mess....

What were they thinking?

I have a screen shot on my phone, be a while till I can get it to my computer. Top 250 prize was eaf desert eagle (jet) 890atk, 871def, +10 more cash from buildings.

i had to reinstall my game and lost all my units ive won from battles!!! WTF im about to unistall this crap!
ive spent too much on gold to have lost all i worked for!!!

during the 20% off sale, I added a 172 dollar I tunes card onto my iTunes account, bought 1 vault of cash and gold was added to the top of my page, then I tried to buy another vault of gold, and it said insufficient funds. should have been enough after tax but fine! so I added a 2 stockpiles of gold , and they were added to the top of my page, then I bought a stack of gold which also added to the top of my page, so I hit it again for the stash of gold to see if it would give it to me because I was already upset about not getting the 2 vaults, then I clicked the wrong one and hit the stockpile instead of the bank truck. at the time I tried to do that a little loading circle came on, and about 3 seconds latter it went away, and all my gold went back to my balance of 16. just drained out for no reason! I spent a thousand dollars in Egypt and if it doesn't come back to me soon ill never pay a dime again. over 2 vaults of gold. Gree I hope you see this along with my tickets.... Sorry Bud but I think you where $1.18 short as far as the insufficient funds. It cost me $86.59 including tax. So $173.18 for 2 vaults. Cant help you with the rest of your problems. Good luck.
