Got the unit but top 250 bonus doesnt seem to work (Droid) IPH is the same!

We got ours and are still fighting, another big screw up by Gree. People still spending gold on an event that ended.

Also coudln't remove non participants, said we were still in battle so they got prizes

I'm in iOS, but I had the same problem. Exit the game, close the app manually (through settings and apps or whatever) then reopen it. Now it shows my new IPH

1/2 my faction is locked out of battle & has their units. The other half is still in battle & no units. WTH!

Our faction fought hard in last hour (15:00 - 16:00 PDT) and spend a lot $ on gold to reach top 250. We made it according the score board, but we did not get the reward. Who should I ask?
