Glitch?

I am currently in a battle with Smoke_one They do not have a defnesive leader. All their members status says protected by defensive leader, but there isn't one for us to attack. They do not have a fortification. One of my mebers tried to attack the command center and this didn't open the players up, just gave us low points as usual. Any ideas?

We had the same issue first battle, Cj jumped into my thread and said send in a ticket with info of the other faction. So maybe that an idea. I guess they will go correct the other faction, still don't help with not getting the points you couldn't get
