Maybe the award won't get to your inventory until the "race to 250 event" ends. Usually that's how they do it.

BTW congrats to you and your team for placing #1 - we did what we can and fought as hard as we can.

They might be having the same problem as the boss event. This is the second time I beat the boss and don't get the prize. I wrote a ticket and their reply was to wait until the events were over and they would manually add it.
