Bug-Collected gold disappears

I am facing this issue since yesterday. I submitted support ticket and still waiting on same. So far I have lost 53K gold due to this bug.
Issue- I collected gold from manor, lender and other money building and then clicked on protect the gold in the vault. To my surprise, the unprotected gold became 0 and nothing was credited to the vault. I closed the game and repeated the exercise but same behavior. I tried this 3 to 4 times. Later I tried to buy a equipment and add it to guild assuming that unprotected gold will be used but it was shocking to see my protected gold was debited and unprotected gold also disappeared. After that i lost the gold collected forever. This is very dangerous bug.

anyone facing this issue? is there any solution to it other than stop playing this buggy game.

Same thing happened to me, but only with 1 rival. Then on occasion, when I click attack, the entire game shuts down.....

If u have this problem too try this way: collect only one and one only building, than directly exit app, and do again till u have collect all...seems that this is one solution...

This doesn't work for me. I need to collect, wait one hour and collect again, even without my vault being increased the second time. After that the timer for the next collection starts to count correctly. I guess This is because of the time change. The internal counter, and expected time to be collected doesn't match, but when you do it again after one hour, they are synchronized, and the collection can continue normally.

Gree and their optimal support... Players need to give here support and do it even for Free.

I lost about 80k too.

I had the same problem and what I did was just delete the app and reinstall it from iTunes. The issue resolved and I did not lose my gold. I don't think it's a hacker issue, more of a discrepancies between the current box quest and updates to the server.

In a nutshell, the DST appears like having 'shortened' the collectiion time by one hour, but in fact, not. So you should collect at the same time than before the change of hour, ie wait one hour and you will get the money. Money is indeed not lost, just delayed.
Agree this glitch is confusing, specially for the ones saving and planning upgrades. Effects last until all buildings have been collected once.

Update: Last time I faced the issue, I deleted the game and reinstalled it. That solved the issue. However, the gold lost earlier is gone forever. I hope the issue will not happen again.

I have no idea how much I lost... I just start clicking, go to protect, & bam...it's zero before I hit "protect". My total hasn't grown, it appears to be less than it should be even before the collection! I sure hope it really does resolve after the first collection! & I would really love to find an extra 1m gold for my guild! (Wouldn't we all!)
