Selling your buildings?

On making a BD10 run if you decided to sell your buildings, are you able to buy/build them back later? Or are they poof, gone forever?

Provided they're not limited edition buildings (none currently in KA, but could be some later on), you can buy back all the buildings you sold. Keep in mind that in selling any building, you only get 1/2 the value of the purchase price or last upgrade made to it (if it's not at level one).

You can build them back. I sold both level 1 manors for each of my BD 8, 9, and 10 runs to avoid being overvault for too long.

I was thinking of doing the same for my last breeding den run I'm now at level 9 and just one more to go, can u please provide information re: how much u earn by selling level 1 manors.

Yes. You get back half the full build/upgrade cost, regardless of what it cost you with LM and guild bonuses.
