and for the 1st phase "take out the boss" i assume that was just the most recent boss event, right?

That "in progress" thing has been going on for at least a week.

I was imagining that "progress" maybe means that they are still programing the "scope out the district" phase, probabily they will test sometimes, maybe with players in some sort of event coming soon, or maybe they are already testing on a private server (dedicated for tests). Them, they will move to the next phase, until the last one (Take out the boss!)

I believe that when they finish programing all phases of the Battle for Empire City, they will get the event runing

But as I said, this is just a speculation...

If you look ahead, you can guess which events are coming...i.e. another boss event for "Take out the boss"

I'm guessing "get better weapons" will be another Gold Sale?
