So same names in battle don't work and take less than a minute to number each player. So was curious any other reason why teams are still using the same names in battle.

Its to confuse you. They all have the same name and there is no way of knowing which one is weak or strong

You can hide weaker players in the middle. That is a big advantage of this strategy.

You can hide weaker players in the middle. That is a big advantage of this strategy.No one is hid that's the point. Within 2 minutes the man in the middle becomes number 23 and get pummelled

He's had a little blip in form but eventually quality shines through and he put in a captain's performance yesterday (even if he wasn't captain)

So to stay on topic - if Wenger was a country and you found out you had a little more Air than Sea units would get rid of him at the end of the season for 50 gold?
