Dark Prince's Royal Armor

Who drops the mats for this armor? It's 3x chance this weekend. Is anybody else going for it? I went for the starmetal last weekend so figure I might as well go for this one too lol. I've been leveling Living Flame all day today too. What a waste lol.

Uhmmm good thing gems are on sale lol! But seriously damn that's a lot of gems. Who drops the evil jewels normally and how hard is it to get?

the last map drops it, but yes thats a lot, i had spent only 80 for starmetal. well on the way i got about 9 fusion stones, 1 roc feather 1 infernal 1 shaman, 10 starmetal mats, 5 steampowered mats. i usually get the reward if its a 70s armor, 3 fusion stones or 5 70s mats, so prolly would have taken less if i didnt took those rewards.
btw i might also made a mistake, cuz i clicked on the notification about the x3 while i didnt closed the game but my iphone turns light off after 1 minute, so maybe it didnt update the chest rewards, actually the lower banner never showed the dark prince armor. so i might have noticed that too late. when i figured it out i closed the app n restarted it, got the armor after about 20-30 gems

Ha! zhy, just the opposite for me...I got this with 70 gems and it took me 340! to get the Starmetal. While going for these, I got enough mats to craft Steampower Exoskeleton, Starmetal and Dragon Tamer (I never chose again). I got a Steampower through fusion, so now I can craft + versions of Steampower and Starmetal. I think those chests are pretty decent!

Does anyone actually know the drop rate, in percentage? I spent like 30 gems last week from completing offers and stuff for the Star armor and I never got it. Wondering if it's worth it to go through that again to try and get the Dark Prince's armor.

Ha! zhy, just the opposite for me...I got this with 70 gems and it took me 340! to get the Starmetal. While going for these, I got enough mats to craft Steampower Exoskeleton, Starmetal and Dragon Tamer (I never chose again). I got a Steampower through fusion, so now I can craft + versions of Steampower and Starmetal. I think those chests are pretty decent! yeah i like enchanted chest :P but i usually refuse matsx2, 50s armors, 1 fusion stone :P

I used a key to open chance chest and got Nemesis armor first try. I didn't really want it as I don't care for this weeks boss but I didn't want to have it keep popping up as I was searching for the Dark Prince's Armor. So next try I got 2x starmetal fragments which I sent back and next try I got Dark Prince's Armor. *Shrugs* the Chance Chest has been really good to me. If I knew what the chances of getting an Infernal Lord or Storm Sorcerer were I'd probably keep trying.

I have farm enough for dark prince and about 4 more for second set. Imo its not worth it. Starmetal is one thing since you cant farm or dragon tamer. Once you unlock map and use ten friends to help farm. I think takes less than week to farm enough for one and almost two. I actually stop farming it since im saving for last expansion.

Armor like inferno lord or dark prince imo is useless unless you can craft plus version. And once you can farm mats, it does not take that long to farm two. Im pretty sure i can make two more plus infernal lord. Farming dark prince is 4 stage of last map. And you actually farm mats for swamp shaman, feather..,infernal lord, and dark prince.

I think the value in getting it through the chest is being able to level it up to unlock the + version so you can craft a + version with only one set of mats/money/time. I don't plan on leveling up my standard version (of any of my craftable armor, really) beyond the point of unlocking the + version. I think that is ultimately a waste of armor and money. It just sucks waiting to get enough mats to craft the + version (especially since I'm three areas behind that one :)).
