Always a nightmare but I suppose people have real lives to lead.

I think it happens to many factions including ourselves. I've been lucky enough to be able to recruit and we have no vacancies left but our gain is another faction's loss. In a way I am happy that there is the lock down once the war starts.

Since Greenland, we had another faction merge with ours, and in the past couple days, brought on two other members.

One tactic is to have members' 2nd/3rd accounts on standby in case of any late drops. We had a drop this morning but were able to absorb it with someone's HLP.

We have multiple holidays, business trips, even got a team mate getting married! Oh well it's only Egypt, prizes are cr@p so no biggie.
