Leaving work soon so i don't have time to go into to much detail but heres the atk values;
Common = 536 / 65% ( *0.65 for 65% of stats)
Uncommon = 486 / 25% ( *0.25 for 25% of stats)
Rare = 2164 / 10% ( *0.1 for 10% of stats)
Add together than thats the average atk for the bonus unit assuming you buy enough to get the average.
Units bought for LE
85 - 188 - 176 - 550
Add these together then add the bonus unit average for the average stats obtained and divide by the gold spent for the average stat boost per gold spent.
1885/1350 = 1.396* atk per gold.
Do the same think you did to find out the average for the bonus unit with crates.
Common = ((49+74+94)/3)*0.7= 50.63
Uncommon = ((172+147+132)/3)*0.2 = 29.86
Rare = ((306+146+733)/3)*0.1 = 39.5
Add; 119.66
175 gold for 3 crates, 173/3 = 58.33*
119.66/58.33= 2.051*
So yea... LE sets need an increase in stats.. Crates are 30% (rounded) better value for money.
LE does have much more defence on the uncommon than atk but the rare has much more atk than def... def values will be pritty close but Since I only look at atk values for boss event's THAT IS WHY.
